Members of our M&A area carried out Minerva Partners, a project that simulated and analyzed the hypothetical acquisition process between two publicly traded companies . During this period, the team had the opportunity and privilege to present the project for three renowned houses in São Paulo: Lazard, G5 Partners and Seneca Evercore.
